Processing and dispatch times
- In-stock products : orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Custom products (jerseys, kits, made-to-measure apparel): the average lead time is 3 to 5 weeks from design approval. This lead time can vary with the complexity of the project and the time of year.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as the carrier takes charge of your parcel.
Delivery methods
We work with reliable carriers to guarantee fast, secure delivery:
- UPS (mainland France, Corsica and Monaco)
- Pickup point on request
- Specialist carriers for bulk orders or deliveries to clubs
Deliveries are made to your address or to a pickup point, as you prefer.
Delivery charges
- mainland France : charges are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight and the carrier you choose.
- European Union : delivery available, rates vary by destination.
- International (outside the EU) : we also ship to a number of countries, contact us for a tailored quote.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, a tracking number is sent to you by email. You can follow your parcel in real time on the carrier's website.
Delays and delivery problems
If there is a delay or a problem with the carrier (parcel lost, damaged or delivered to the wrong address), please contact us promptly. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you informed.
Returns and exchanges
- Standard products : you have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item in perfect condition.
- Custom products : these cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
