Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between:
The company E-dkado, a company with share capital of €71,000, owner of the SNIPE brand and of the snipe-sport.fr domain name, whose registered office is at 445 Rue Lavoisier 38330 Montbonnot Saint Martin – contact@snipe-sport.fr, registered with the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register under number 484 807 086,
and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website www.snipe-sport.fr (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

Article 1 – Purpose
In accordance with Article L. 441-6 of the French Commercial Code and Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code, these Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by E-dkado through its website www.snipe-sport.fr.
Confirming an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should they be amended, the applicable terms are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are stated in euros including VAT (at the rate applicable on the date of the order), excluding processing and shipping costs.
For any order placed outside French territory, the Customer is deemed to be the importer and must pay, where applicable, the customs duties and local taxes in force. These additional charges are their sole responsibility.
E-dkado reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the amount invoiced will be the price displayed when the order was recorded, subject to item availability.
The products remain the property of E-dkado until the price has been paid in full. Responsibility for the transfer of risk (loss, damage) nevertheless passes to the Customer upon physical receipt of the items.
Article 3 – Orders
Orders may be placed:
- Online at www.snipe-sport.fr, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- By telephone on 04.76.543.705 (local rate from a landline), Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12 noon and 2 pm to 5 pm.
E-dkado reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a supply problem, a payment that has not been approved or any other legitimate reason.
Article 4 – Order confirmation
Confirming an order on the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
A confirmation email summarising the order and the contractual terms is sent automatically to the Customer. Should the email address be incorrect, E-dkado cannot be held responsible if the confirmation is not received. The sale will nevertheless remain valid.
The Customer retains the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 6.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due when the order is placed.
Payments are made by bank card through the secure platform Système Pay (Banque Populaire).
If an item is unavailable, a full or partial refund will be issued for the corresponding amount.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give a reason.
Items must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging. Personalised or modified products (e.g. sharpened skates) cannot be taken back or exchanged.
Return costs are borne by the Customer. Returns must be sent to the following address:

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same means of payment as that used for the order.
Article 7 – Availability
The products shown on the site are offered while stocks last.
If an item is out of stock, E-dkado will offer the Customer an alternative (exchange or partial refund). If the replacement product costs more, however, the difference remains payable by the Customer.
E-dkado cannot be held liable for a stock shortage caused by its suppliers.
Article 8 – Delivery
Items are dispatched to the delivery address given when the order is placed.
If dispatch is delayed, the Customer is informed by email. In the event of a prolonged delay, the Customer may cancel the order in accordance with the statutory provisions (Articles L138-2 and L138-3 of the French Consumer Code).
If delivery fails because the Customer is absent or unavailable, E-dkado cannot be held liable.
Article 9 – Warranty
All products come with the statutory warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided for by the French Civil Code.
Any claim must be sent by email to contact@snipe-sport.fr within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition. Return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of proof.
Made-to-measure or end-of-line items are not covered by the warranty.
Article 10 – Liability
The products offered comply with French law. E-dkado cannot be held liable if a product does not comply with the law of the country of delivery.
E-dkado also accepts no liability for the misuse of the items purchased.
Article 11 – Governing law and disputes
The language of this contract is French.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
Article 12 – Intellectual property
All the material on the www.snipe-sport.fr website (text, images, logos, databases, sounds and so on) remains the exclusive property of E-dkado.
Any reproduction or use, even in part, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Article 13 – Personal data
E-dkado collects and processes certain personal data about Customers in order to manage orders and improve its services.
This data may be passed on to third-party providers (for example carriers and payment partners) solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, every Customer has the right to access, rectify and erase their data.
Article 14 – Archiving and evidence
E-dkado keeps order forms and invoices on a reliable, durable medium that constitutes a faithful copy.
E-dkado’s computerised records will be accepted between the parties as evidence of communications, transactions and payments.
