{"id":4377,"date":"2025-09-01T12:36:52","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T10:36:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.snipe-sport.fr\/?page_id=4377"},"modified":"2025-09-11T15:15:25","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T13:15:25","slug":"sav","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.snipe-sport.fr\/en\/sav\/","title":{"rendered":"Returns &amp; Warranty Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any ordering mistake made by the customer (wrong curve, wrong flex, wrong hand, and so on) can be exchanged, but return shipping is at the customer's expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For any other return or exchange, the equipment must be <strong>new<\/strong>, unused, untaped, undamaged and uncut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Snipe-Sport accepts no liability for incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, nor for any loss or damage that may result.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Snipe-Sport, we are committed to offering you high-quality, high-performance equipment. That said, manufacturing hockey sticks (and similar equipment) involves sensitive materials and technical stages that can occasionally lead to defects. That is why we have a clearly defined warranty policy, set out case by case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General terms<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Warranty period<\/strong> : you have <strong>30 days<\/strong> from receipt of your product to request a replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partial warranty<\/strong> : for certain models or mid-range lines, and for coloured or customised products, a limited warranty of <strong>30 days<\/strong> applies, with a partial credit (typically 50% of the product value, excluding tax).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof required<\/strong> : for any claim, you must provide clear photographs (or video) showing the defect, together with the serial number or any visible product identification, within the stated period. Without these, the warranty cannot be honoured.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is covered<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A breakage is considered eligible for warranty if one of the following is true:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The shaft or the blade (or equivalent, depending on the product) is <strong>completely broken<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A crack or partial break that makes the item unusable, whether in the shaft or the blade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is not covered<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty does not apply in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal wear and tear, surface marks or cosmetic scratches that do not go right through.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A blade or shaft that has gone soft or warped while still feeling rigid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by misuse, impacts (puck, skate, boards and so on), fire, excessive heat, modifications, external blows or conditions of use the product was not designed for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products already repaired or replaced under this warranty (the warranty applies once per product, for the original purchaser).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional and semi-professional models, and products supplied to teams wherever intensive or competitive use is expected (as specified by the manufacturer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We sell ice hockey sticks with full carbon blades and no fibreglass. Any use in roller hockey without tape is not covered by the warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a replacement product is no longer available, we can offer an equivalent model or one matching the value of the original product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send us your warranty claim through our form, with the requested evidence (photographs or video), within the <strong>30 days<\/strong> following receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We review the claim and, if the defect is recognised, we tell you how to obtain a replacement or a credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The original product or equipment must be kept until a decision has been reached, as it may be requested for inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return and shipping costs for the defective product or its replacement are at the customer's expense, unless agreed otherwise.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Retour Garantie Chez Snipe-Sport, nous nous engageons \u00e0 vous proposer des \u00e9quipements de grande qualit\u00e9 et performants.
