Can I customise my jerseys and team kit?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes \u2705 ! We offer several <strong>apparel customisation<\/strong> options: sublimation, heat transfer and embroidery. You can add your logo, a number, a first name, a nickname or any other artwork to create a one-off kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Which sports do you equip?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Snipe-Sport specialises in <strong>ice hockey<\/strong> and the <strong>roller hockey<\/strong>, but we also offer custom apparel solutions for many team sports (football, basketball, handball, rugby and more).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. How long does a custom order take to make?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a rule, production and delivery of<strong>custom equipment<\/strong> take between <strong>3 and 5 weeks<\/strong> from design approval. This lead time can vary with the complexity of the project and the time of year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Is there a minimum order quantity for custom jerseys?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We work just as readily with <strong>clubs<\/strong> as with <strong>individuals<\/strong>. The minimum depends on the product type, but we offer accessible options from <strong>10 pieces<\/strong> for clubs and associations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. How should I send you my logo or my design?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can send us your files (logo, artwork, colours) in <strong>vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf)<\/strong> to guarantee the best print quality. If you do not have artwork ready, our design team can help you create it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Which payment methods do you accept?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept payment by <strong>card<\/strong>, <strong>bank transfer<\/strong> and <strong>PayPal<\/strong>. Can I return a product or ask for an exchange?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For standard products: you have <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt to request a return or an exchange, provided the product is new and unused.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For custom products: these are neither taken back nor exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
