Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data (the GDPR<\/strong>), this policy (hereinafter \u201cthe Policy\u201d) sets out how E-DKADO SARL (owner of the SNIPE brand and the snipe-sport.fr domain)<\/strong>, whose registered office is at 445 rue Lavoisier \u2013 38330 Montbonnot Saint Martin, processes the personal information of its users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The data controller is J\u00e9r\u00e9my GUY<\/strong>, who guarantees that your privacy is respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of this Policy is to explain clearly how E-dkado collects, uses, stores and secures your personal data (hereinafter \u201cthe Data\u201d) when you use the site www.snipe-pro.<\/a>fr (hereinafter \u201cthe Site\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Retention period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Data is kept for a limited period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Up to 1 year<\/strong> after the last contact if no account has been created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Up to 10 years<\/strong> for data relating to an order (legal obligation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Browsing data: 6 months<\/strong> for analytics cookies and 13 months<\/strong> for other trackers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Account data: kept for 10 years from the last invoice, even after the account has been deleted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Beyond these periods, the data is anonymised for statistical purposes only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Data security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              The information is stored on secure servers located in France and hosted by ScalarX Limited<\/strong>. Technical measures (firewall, SSL encryption, antivirus) and organisational measures are in place to prevent any loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              However, because of the risks inherent in the internet, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. It is therefore up to you to protect your login details and passwords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
