1. What types of product do you offer?

We offer a wide range ofhockey equipment and accessories, as well as custom team apparel for clubs, associations and individuals. You will find both technical equipment and made-to-measure apparel with us.

2. Can I customise my jerseys and team kit?

Yes ✅ ! We offer several apparel customisation options: sublimation, heat transfer and embroidery. You can add your logo, a number, a first name, a nickname or any other artwork to create a one-off kit.

3. Which sports do you equip?

Snipe-Sport specialises in ice hockey and the roller hockey, but we also offer custom apparel solutions for many team sports (football, basketball, handball, rugby and more).

4. How long does a custom order take to make?

As a rule, production and delivery ofcustom equipment take between 3 and 5 weeks from design approval. This lead time can vary with the complexity of the project and the time of year.

5. Is there a minimum order quantity for custom jerseys?

We work just as readily with clubs as with individuals. The minimum depends on the product type, but we offer accessible options from 10 pieces for clubs and associations.

6. How should I send you my logo or my design?

You can send us your files (logo, artwork, colours) in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf) to guarantee the best print quality. If you do not have artwork ready, our design team can help you create it.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by card, bank transfer and PayPal. Clubs and associations can benefit from specific terms on request.

8. Can I return a product or ask for an exchange?

For standard products: you have 14 days from receipt to request a return or an exchange, provided the product is new and unused.
For custom products: these are neither taken back nor exchanged, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
